A Day in the Life
A Contemplative Life
The Sisters live a life that integrates both times of silence and solitude with activities in common. The Divine Office punctuates our day and two holy hours help us to never leave Christ's Presence.
5:00am Rise
5:15am Office of Vigils
5:45am lectio divina
6:15am Holy Hour
7:15am Office of Lauds
7:45am Breakfast
8:45am Study
Our mornings are totally consecrated to prayer, the Word of God, and studies. We come together to chant the Divine Office four times a day. All of our studies are at the service of our life of contemplation. We seek to know the One whom we love.

11:45am Office of Sext
12:00pm HOLY MASS
followed by 30 minutes of silent thanksgiving
As often as it is possible, we like to have Mass at midday, to truly live the reality that the Eucharist is the Source and Summit of our Christian Life. We dedicate the entire morning to preparing for our encounter with Christ in the Eucharist, followed by the remainder of the day in gratitude for this immense Gift.
1:00pm Peelings
1:15pm Lunch
2:15pm Services/Workshop/Cleaning
3:00pm Act of Adoration at the Ring of the Bell
Our afternoons are primarily devoted to manual labor and the creation of our monastic wares. When the bell rings at 3pm, the Hour of Mercy, we kneel down to make an Act of Adoration to remind ourselves that we are, first and foremost, contemplative adorers of the Lord before we are workers.

5:45pm Office of Vespers
6:15pm Holy Hour
Adoration continues until 8:15pm
7:15pm Walk/rosary
7:45pm Dinner/Personal time to pray, study, lectio etc.
9:00pm Grand Silence
We find ourselves back in the Chapel to end the day together, with Jesus. We love that the Alpha and the Omega of our day is adoring our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament.
